Step 1
Color image, layer onto red and yellow cardstock.
Step 2
Using dimensional effects on yellow cardstock, apply through stencil.
Step 3
Remove stencil and let dry.
Step 4
Layer onto red cardstock.
Step 5
Wrap with ribbon.
Step 6
Layer pattern paper onto red cardstock and then onto yellow cardstock.
Step 7
Place on card base.
Step 8
Pop up layered “honey comb” and ribbon onto pattern paper and place image popped up onto “honey comb.”
Step 9
Add 3 flags and buttons to the top portion as shown.
